Romance

"Romance" expresses how digital technology, as a mediator of our personal communications, has become both a channel for achieving intimacy and at the same time a barrier to that same intimacy, as we increasingly insulate ourselves within layers of indirect communication and avoidance instead of being in the real life moment with our partners.
